1. THE LEADERS & MANY CITIZENS HAVE COMMITTED YEARS OF OPPRESSION, KIDNAP, & SLAVERY, & HAVE REPEATEDLY REFUSED TO PROVIDE JUSTICE
"Don't kidnap your fellow countryman or sell him into slavery. Those who do such things are to be put to death. You must purge the evil from among you.," Deut. 24:7. "Do not withhold good from those who deserve it, when it is in your power to act. Do not say to your neighbor, 'Come back later; I'll give it tomorrow,' when you now have it with you," Prov. 3:27,28. "Do not exploit the poor because they are poor and do not crush the needy in court, for the LORD will take up their case and will torment those who torment them," Prov. 22:23.

• KIDNAP & HOSTAGE CAPTIVITY: Despite years of court-documented proof of my innocence, pillars of the community publicly testifying on my behalf, & proof that I am a victim of local police oppression, the leaders pressured everyone to keep silent, & arranged for me to be kidnapped & held hostage for 2 years from 2004-2007



• 11 YEARS OF WILLFUL ACTS OF FALSE ARRESTS, DISCRIMINATIONS, KIDNAPPINGS, & TERRORISM COMMTTED AGAINST AN INNOCENT CITIZEN: I have been false arrested & kidnapped more than 60 times by Davis/UCD police, & threatened with kidnap an additional 20+ times. Instead of providing justice, the mayor & town council directly participated at the public town council meetings in Summer of 2002 & Spring of 2003!



• CASING & STALKING ON A DAILY BASIS INVOLVING THREATS AGAINST CITIZEN'S LIFE, & THREATS IN ATTEMPT TO MANIPULATE; COMMUNITY-WIDE CONSPIRACY TO DEPRIVE AN INNOCENT CITZEN OF A HOME, JOB, & JUSTICE; ACTS OF EXTORTION: I testify that these hate crimes are occurring against me; a conspiracy depriving me of a job, a home, & justice; & death threats, as well as threats in attempt to scare me into submission



• SPEAKING IN CODES, CODE OF SILENCE, FEIGNED IGNORANCE UNDERWRITING THE CONSPIRACY: They don't have the guts or integrity to provide justice; some of them are in too much trouble to admit their guilt, others are having too much fun reaming, threatening, & enslaving an innocent citizen with no accountability or consequences. They use codes to formulate plots & to intimidate me. "When men tell you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living? To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn," Is. 8:19,20. They have left the ancient paths of justice, & make use of deception to get away with it. "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls," Jer. 6:16.



• COLOR-CODED BLACK CLOTHING IN NO. CA. REGION UNDERWRITING THE CONSPIRACY: People in No. Ca. region fail to intervene & enforce justice; THE ABSENCE OF JUSTICE IS EVIL: Their failures to intervene & prevent the plots unequivocally amounts to acquiescing to & directly or indirectly participating in the plots, conspiracies, & wickedness. The black color-coded clothing & black hoods are their confessions of tolerating & participating in the wickedness. "He who knows the good he ought to do, & doesn't do it, to him it is a sin." "Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. If you say, 'But we knew nothing about this,' does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay each person according to what he has done?" Prov. 24:11,12. "Do not spread false reports. Do not help the wicked by being a malicious witness. Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong," Ex. 23:1,2a. Moreover, it is an attempt to intimidate the victim into submission to evil, using numbers. "Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then will I be confident," Ps. 27:3. Courts regularly ban gangs from using color-coded clothing to intimidate.

• DEATH THREATS: They have done everything they can to convince me there is no way out; one way or another they are going to succeed at ending my life. The 2-year captivity, along with the systematic denial of justice, is my "Q" that the threats are very real & it would be foolish to fail to take them seriously. Ps. 79:11,12, "May the groans of the prisoners come before you, O God; by the strength of your arm preserve those condemned to die. Render into the laps of our neighbors sevenfold the reproach they have hurled at you, O Lord."



• HOSTAGE CAPTIVITY FOR 2 YEARS: As of 2000-2001, everyone in the county had heard of me, & it was public knowledge that I had cleared my name & established my reputation as an honest, hard-working, law-abiding citizen, as well as a faithful Christian. In this context, the leaders pressured everyone to keep silent, & I was put through 7 kangaroo trials in 3 years, & held hostage for more than 2 years from resulting unconst. & deceptive sentences. The alarming thing is that everyone in the county knew for a fact I was & am innocent, yet almost no one lifted a finger to prevent it or halt it! & to this very day the majority of the citizens lie & try to deny knowing anything about it when you pointedly ask them to stand up for justice.

1. THE WICKED LOSE THEIR RIGHT TO DWELL IN THE LAND
"...the wicked will be no more; though you look for them, they will not be found," Ps. 37:10,11. "Wait for the LORD and keep his way. He will exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are cut off, you will see it, but the meek will inherit the land and enjoy great peace," Ps. 37:34. The wicked have completed the measure of their sin, & are to be driven out of the land, Gen 15:16.

2. GOD REMOVES THE WICKED & REWARDS THE FAITHFUL WITH THE LAND
"I will give you every place where you set your foot,...No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their forefathers to give them...Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go...take possession of the land the LORD your God is giving you for your own," Josh. 1:3,5,6,9,11.

3. THE RIGHTEOUS TAKE AUTHORITY OVER THE WICKED
"I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you," Luke 10:19.

4. DRIVE OUT THE MOCKERS
"Drive out the mocker, and out goes strife; quarrels and insults are ended," Prov. 22:10. "Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers," Ps. 1:1.
